Get Your Ticket Reduced

If you have received a traffic ticket, before paying you should always contact an attorney first. Most tickets can be reduced to where they wont affect your insurance rates or get points added to your license. These can typically be lowered to improper equipment or a small infraction.

Without an attorney you may miss a legal matter that was not disclosed to you upon being cited, such as being clocked with an radar. It could be argued in court that the radar needed to be recalibrated. When you are given points on your record they stay there for 3 years. If you accumulate 12 points in a 3 year time span, your license will be suspended for 60 days.

On top of getting your ticket reduced, or quite possibly thrown out altogether, Scott will go to court on your behalf. It is not necessary for you to appear in court for a moving violation if you have an attorney to represent you. If you've been given a traffic citation for any of the following, we can help.

  • Speeding
  • Reckless/Carless Driving
  • Aggressive Driving
  • Hit and Run
  • Other Moving/Non-Moving Violations
